Retirement system

The company has formulated employee retirement measures and organized the Labor Retirement Reserve Supervision Committee to set aside retirement funds for the employees following the law.

Since July 1, 1994, to cooperate with the new pension system of implementation of the Labor Pension Ordinance, Company will pay 6% of their monthly wages to the individual employees’ retirement account of the Bureau of Labor Insurance monthly. For the subsidiaries within the territory of the People's Republic of China, companies pay pension insurance for employees following the relevant regulations.
